Quality manager - CMMI - Banking
Job description
The responsibilities would typically include -
*Execute consulting engagements in "BUILD" space
*Carry out some of the following activities depending on nature of consulting engagement
oQuality Planning for organization and projects
oGood end to end understanding of project execution and driving associated processes.
oDevelop the process workflows, procedures, checklists, templates etc
oPerform process training, piloting and handholding
oMentor practitioners in process execution
oConduct process QA audits based on customer QMS/industry best practice frameworks like CMMI/SPICE
oPerform metric analysis & reporting
oParticipate in assessments to identify Opportunities For Improvement (OFIs) and best practices
*Strong stakeholder management
Following Required experience, knowledge and certification
The candidate should have
*worked in software processes and quality stream
*executed software process consulting assignments
*working knowledge of ISO 9001: 2000 & CMMI®
*knowledge in other frameworks like SPICE®, Malcolm Baldridge, ITIL®, COBIT® , PRINCE 2 desirable
*good knowledge of development & maintenance processes
*good experience of system/software engineering life cycle and project management practices
*exposure to software engineering process tools
*CQM/CSQA/CSTE/PMP certifications
*Six sigma (Green belt, black belt and master black belt) certification desirable
