Test Lead experience
Banking background ideally in Credit Risk
Good knowledge of Sybase OR Oracle OR SQL server database
ETL (Informatica PowerMart) testing background
Basic UNIX knowledge
Good Data staging and data testing
Strong Shell and SQL Scripting skills
Good Quality Centre as Test management solution/Defect tracking tool
Experience in testing data anonymisation/masking solutions (on databases)
Experience in testing data anonymisation/masking solutions (on databases)
Testing Skills
Definition of test plan - detailing test approach, scope and test cycles for test phases
Lead a test team in the preparation of detailed test scripts based on functional and technical specifications
Definition of traceability Matrix to map test requirements back to functional and technical requirements
Coordinate day-to-day test execution of test cycles during each test phase
Identification, prioritization, analysis and assignments of defects in Quality center
Capability to trouble-shoot and fix technical problems identified during test execution
Follow best practices for testing (as stated by Production Testing services)
Escalate problems and issues to Test Manager
