For our client, an international company based in Basel, we are currently looking for a Senior Integration Architect Clinical Datawarehouse. This position is based in Basel, Switzerland is a long-term contract until the end of the year with the option to extend (starting ASAP).
You will work with an international team and have the opportunity to influence and manage the strategic direction of the architecture and integration. You will work on projects regarding Clinical Data Exchange, Statistical Computing Environment and Meta Data Repository.
For this challenging role, previous working experience in the pharmaceutical/health care environment is essential.
We are looking for candidates with experience in:
- Solution and architecture design, knowledge of architecture patterns
- Architecture and implementation of Clinical Datawarehouse/Clinical Data Repository
- Architecture and implementation of Meta Data Repository
- Implementation of data flows using data standards such as CDISC
- Interface and implementation
- Architecture documentation, evaluation and design
- ETL tools (eg Informatica Powercenter)
- B2B tools (eg secure manager file transfer)
- SAS, PL/SQL
If you are familiar with Application Architecture and Data Architecture and have an understanding of Enterprise Architecture methods such as TOGAF, we might have the right opportunity for you!
