We are now looking for an Artwork specialist to join our international team of consultants in Basel to work at our clients sites on a long term basis.
This will be a long term work relationship and we are particularly interested in local candidates or keen to relocate in Switzerland.
We have both permanent and contract opportunities.
YOU WILL:
* Redesign the Artwork creation process and act as a specialist support.
* Provide support for all project related activities within the program
* Create/Modify all the Operational documentation as required
* Test all tools are fit for purpose for the business community
* Provide support for end user training world-wide
* Participate in the evaluation of new software packages and/or application changes:
YOUR PROFILE:
* Excellent Knowledge on all Artwork tools in order to meet Customer Expectations
* Meet all deliverables in quality, time and cost.
* Meets relevant Service Level Agreement Key Performance Indicator Targets
* Meets customer satisfaction requirements
* Perform and Analyze Information survey results from customers on incident management resolution and share the results with key stakeholders
EXPERIENCE:
* Minimum: 3-5 Year experience in a Artwork Operation
* Good communication skills, verbal/written
* Excellent telephone manner
* Use of collaborative tools
* Able to produce reports on KPIs from iTool using Excel
* Able to learn quickly
* Fluent in English (but other language skills desirable (German)
