Day to day work:
- Field Services in Scope:
The Field Services are provided to Client end users in cases where local intervention is required.
Our client will provide Field services related to the CUSTOMER IT Product Portfolio. Fujitsu Desktop/Notebooks, Dell Desktops/Notebooks.
- Desk Side Support Services (Helping Hands for Service Desk). Work instructions will be included in the SRMS ticket or will be provided by Service Desk.
-Service Request Fulfilment (IMAC/D)
Service Request Fulfilment includes installations (assist Zero Touch Installation), moves, adds, changes and de-installations (IMAC/D) of Users' clients, peripherals and software.
- Time and Materials work
Assist in case of Back-up & Restore (User data)
Small projects like department move etc.
Education and experience:
- DSS support experience
- Basic knowledge Microsoft Win XP and 7
- Basic knowledge Microsoft Office
- German Language
- Technical English
- Good soft-skills
Start Date: 1st February 2012
Duration: 6 months
