We are currently looking to recruit a Senior .NET Developer for one of our large investment banking clients based in Zurich, Switzerland. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on an exciting long term project that will offer the opportunity to build out your skills and business knowledge. The successful candidate will ideally speak German and possess the following skills and experience:
a. Experience:
- Developer 5 years + within the Financial Industry
b. Banking and business knowledge:
- Trade, holdings and cash management, Reconciliation systems, portfolio accounting systems and Swift processing knowledge would be preferable.
c. Technical competency:
- Very good understanding of:
o Databases (SQL Server 2000 and 2005)
o Biztalk 2002
o ASP.NET
o .NET/C#
o OOP
o Client Server architecture and Hardware
o VBA programming
o Crystal Reports experience would be useful
d. Personal skills:
- Good communicator
- Team player
- Fluent in English and German (beneficial)
- Self starter
- Used to working independently
