For our customer we are looking for a Program Coordinator.The Program Coordinator will support the head of Implementation Program Manager in driving a product development Program.
The Program coordination role will include;
Meeting coordination, facilitation and administration
Maintaining an updated Program plan
Ensure frequent updates (program communication) on the overall program initiatives and their success to the organization
Pending situation; Run own projects or/and Rapid Action Teams (technical and business oriented)
Other Program related tasks
The person will also be asked to support in improving processes and routines related to the responsibility of a Program Office.
Responsibility:
Full responsibility for preparing and planning the work tasks as defined.
Work profile
Experience
Experience in driving product development projects and coordination of programs and projects
Practical or/and theoretical work with project processes, routines, templates, tools, etc
Technical and commercial know-how
Extensive experience running projects (Project Initiation, Planning, Execution and Closing)
Experience coordination of projects (meeting facilitation, organization, resource planning)
Experience from MedTech industry and knowledge of FDA is beneficial.
Educational experience
University degree
Language knowledge
English
Leadership experience
Project management experience. International environment.
Start: ASAP
Duration:6-8 months with good chance for extention
