Job Description:
- Support of the banks strategic web trading tools and other trading applications
- Primary contact for users, development- and infrastructure support teams
- Manage, track and document incidents. Co-ordinate incident resolution between business and IT teams
- Analyse incidents and elaborate enhancement measures together with the development team
- Higher banking education or similar with sound knowledge of IT systems and programming skills or IT background with good knowledge of banking
- At least 5 years experience in the financial industry with trading background or similar; good understanding of trade flows and respective systems
- Ability to work under a demanding environment, maintaining attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work at non standard business hours (to be on standby)
- Very good German and English (French or Italian is nice to have)
