Front End Developer - Javascript

Overview of contract
On behalf of our client, a leading financial institution in Zürich, we are looking for a Frontend Developer to help maintain the current trading platform as well as improve and create new libraries and frameworks.
Main responsibilities
- The team interacts directly with traders and business owners to capture new requirements and design and implement innovative solutions in an agile environment
- Design, build, test and deploy new solutions/features
- Communicate and liaise with key business and IT stakeholders
- Continuously drive and improve the system
Your skills:
- A minimum of 3-5 years hands on JavaScript programming skills and deep knowledge of current JavaScript frameworks and technologies (Typescript, Node.js)
- Understanding of Unix Operating system and bash Scripting
- Excellent decision-making and problem solving
- Work experience in the financial industry
- Very good English language skills
- Ability to work in an agile and highly dynamic environment
