UX Architect - External Contract - Zurich
Darwin recruitment AG are searching for an experienced UX Architect to support one of our customers in Zurich. This position will start remotely but later on be located in Zurich with flexible working conditions.
The UX team consists of 13 members (12 UX Architect/Designer + Manager) who work with various teams in the company, developing concepts and ensuring a better user experience for PEGA.
The ideal candidate:
- Minimum 3 years experience as a UX Architect/Designer
- Experience in dealing with PEGA and knowledge of German are an advantage but not needed
- Fluent English
Tasks and areas of responsibility:
- Identification and analysis of user pain points based on user research
- Fulfilling of user needs by creating strategic concepts and holding workshops and presenting developed concepts
- Cooperation with various stakeholders (product owners, BA's, developers, etc.) and creation of journey and product roadmaps
- Continuous optimization of the PEGA tool in cooperation with various teams and stakeholders
