Application Support Engineer
Looking for an exciting opportunity to join an international and dynamic team? Based in Zug, our client is looking for an Application Support Engineer. Below, please find some more information:
Location: Zug, Switzerland
Type: Contract
Duration: initially 6 months
Your responsibilities:
- Providing software application support (Tax application)
- Monitor incident queues and response to users in timely manner
- Ensure right daily checks are performed
- Application/component administration mainly on Linux but also Windows/Unix Servers
- Keeping a record of configuration changes and scheduling application updates.
Your qualification:
- At least 3 years of experience with supporting Linux and Windows Systems
- Previous experience working with Magnolia CMS would be an asset
- Knowledge of Python would be an asset
- Excellent team player and great communication skills
- Understanding of Incident Management/Problem Management processes
- Excellent English language skills
