IT Junior Desktop Supporter (mw) 50%Project / Role:
For our client in Zurich we are looking for an IT Junior Desktop Supporter (m / f) for a twelve-month assignment on a 50% basis.
Duties and responsibilities:
-Set up and install PCs, telephone systems, wireless networks as well as peripheral devices (printers, scanners, mobile phones / smartphones).
-Independently handle technical tasks for the desktop support team
-Identifying technical risks and proactively trying to minimize those as much as possible - if this is not possible, timely escalation to the next higher instance.
-Selective, planned work assignments in Geneva
Requirements profile:
Technical
-At least 2 years' experience in supporting complex desktop environments or you have recently completed your ICT training
-Experience in an international company (financial sector would be an advantage)
-Hands on experience in the Microsoft technology stack: Windows 10, MS 365, MS teams.
-Ability to support application and operating system installations
-Good understanding of end user hardware
-Basic networking skills
-Experience with an ITIL driven ticketing system (ServiceNow would be an advantage).

-You have strong communication skills and the ability to train end users
-You are process-oriented and have good documentation skills
-You are able to work closely with end users
-Team player, eager to learn, high self-motivation
Languages:
-German - Fluent in written and spoken
-English - Need Business Fluency
