Change Management Lead vacancy for a globally operating Basel based company in the pharmaceutical sector.Your experience/skills:
- 5+years of hands-on work experience and organizational change management skills from previous project engagements
- Ability to drive numerous projects from an OCM point of view with a positive mind-set as part of a complex matrix organization with a great amount of internal and external stakeholders
- Skillset includes the capability to define and drive the OCM strategy for both programmes, while at the same time being swift and pragmatic in translating the strategy into tactical measures that are being executed among them
- Expertise with defining and maintaining programme gSites and communicating on company social media along with Know-how of defining and maintaining stakeholder and communications log plus associated event
- Familiarity with executing CIA with prioritized stakeholder groups and delivering case for change and other deliverables
- Good organisational skills are necessary, PM skills or a PM background is a plus
- Languages: English, fluent in written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Establishing OCM strategy from the beginning with all associated deliverables plus obtaining the Steering Committee endorsement
- Acting as an OCM integrator across multiple globally dispersed manufacturing sites and establishing site specific OCM plans as well as communication strategy
- Developing and running programme gSite
- Engaging with internal and multiple external stakeholders groups
- Developing and defining OCM strategy, taking over communication events during critical transition phases and maintaining communications on the programme gSite
