Business Analyst (m/w) - 100%Project:
We are currently seeking an experienced Business Analyst that has extensive experience in the areas of Tax legislation and Acceptance Testing to support our Zürich based client. You will participate in an assessment of the efficiency of financial instruments (Equities, Bonds, Funds and Structured products) in accordance with national tax legislations whilst participating in complex integration projects
Key Tasks:
- Build expertise and in-depth understanding of the internal services, how they are calculated, logic and business value
- Build up in-depth knowledge of the technical / functional value chains (Data Intake, central database and its applications, data delivery)
- Provide a detailed review of the score calculations, including all basic and key data and events processed therein (e.g. historical prices, yields, cash flows, security events), plausibility check of the results (scores) from a business perspective
- Investigation of deviations and irregularities with business analysts, Prioduct Managers and IT
- Defect management and handling via Jira - in close cooperation with business analysis and IT
- Contribute to the documentation of Tax score rules and services
Requirements:
- Has a completed university degree
- Knowledge and experience of working within Regulatory projects
- Several years of conceptual experience
- Affinity for (database) technical contexts
- Profound, detailed and very broad securities knowledge, especially in the area of equities, bonds, funds and structured products
- Experience in functional testing of complex software products (business acceptance testing)
- Independent and self-reliant way of working
Language:
- German - Fluent (written and spoken)
- English - Fluent (written and spoken)
