We are looking for an Account Solution Manager in the area of Zurich:Job Description:
The Account Solution Manager (ASM) is working with existing strategic outsourcing customers (Base
Growth and Request for Service) and is responsible for translating the client's business requirements into a specific IT solution (mainly infrastructure) and for the cost calculation of the proposed solution.
This includes identifying functional requirements and subsequently working with and leading others in the identification, justification, design and calculation of the client's solution.
Main interfaces are:
- IT Manager and IT Specialists of the customer
- Project Executive (PE), Delivery Project Executive (DPE) and Request for Services Manager
(RFS)
- Pricer, Delivery & Quality Assurance (DA & QA) and Contract & Negotiation (C&N)
- IT Specialists in the clients delivery organisation
The ideal candidate shows an equal interest in IT-Architecture, commercial questions and
leading/working/teaming in an interdiciplinary environment.
Desired experience:
- Strong technical background in IT technology and services
- Experience in strategic outsourcing
- Strong interest in developing and aligning technical solutions with commercial requirements
- Ability to work in interdisciplinary teams and as a team player
- Experience in working across multi-towered accounts to coordinate the design and calculation of the correct technical solution to satisfy the requirements of the customer
- Experience in presenting/selling technical solutions to customers

Degree Bachelors Degree/Equivalent Experience
