Our client is renowned within the Financial Services/Banking industry in Zurich, Switzerland. The position will be on-site as an experienced Avaloq Developer/Test Lead. This is an urgent contract requirement for 8 months with possibilities for extensions.Your key responsibilities will include:
* Support the client tax team in the adaption of Avaloq functionality to the POM2 standard Key Accountabilities
* Analysis of existing Avaloq tax functionality to create a low-level test plan for the migration to POM2
* Liaise with UK based tax operations business counterparts to agree on the test approach
* Support in the analysis and coding of POM2 adaptions to tax functionality
The successful incumbent will be immediately available, located in Switzerland. Ideally, you are Avaloq Certified Professional (ACP), preferably with first-hand knowledge of POM2, have a minimum of 4 years of practical experience with Avaloq, ideally in a tax-related role, FATCA / CRS experience preferred and UK tax knowledge beneficial. If you have knowledge of Native SQL, this would be an asset.
