German speaking Production / Delivery manager with good L2/L3 knowledge wanted for a globally operating Zurich based company in the financial sector.Your experience/skills:
- 5+ years of prior experience in IT Production Support, Compliance Operations or Business Integration role
- Previous Consultancy experience would be very much beneficial
- Understanding of IT processes, technology skills as well as a deep understanding of production support operations and platform monitoring activities
- Knowledge of Regulatory and Front-Office projects, Business Operation and Compliance disciplines
- Ability to work independently with partners from multiple regions, backgrounds and levels
- University Degree or equivalent practical experience in Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field
- Languages: English and German, fluent in written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Performing 1st & 2nd Level Business Support
- Providing direct client interaction and collaborating with IT 2nd Level Support on global user enquiries
- Coordinating and aligning with Product Owners and development teams
- Ensuring the existence of user guidance material, tool manuals and training material
- Diagnosing, troubleshooting and supporting the new solutions with profound data analysis, documentation setup and hands-on support
- Ensuring consistent system monitoring, in time reporting cycle as well as emergency Data Base queries
- Providing support with task force activities in the event of critical incidents
- Handling ad hoc requests and supporting the Business Integration lead in topics along the User and Platform Enablement discipline
