Corporate Actions CA Processing Specialist (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
- Manage the Corporate Actions (CA) events coming from the market which effect the value of a security. These events can be mandatory, mandatory with options or voluntary.
- Instruction management, transaction management and inquiry management for such events.
- Booking of Mandatory / Voluntary events
- Give Instructions to custodians (via MT 565) or external tools.
- Handle cash and stock reconciliation
- Handle inquiries Corporate Actions CA Processing Specialist
Main qualifications
- Good overall Banking experience and understanding
- Specific Corporate Actions knowledge (Mandatory and Voluntary)
- Some ideally Avaloq knowledge
- SWIFT Messages knowledge (MT564, MT565, MT566, MT567, MT568)
- Fluency English is required, Italian or German would be a bonus
