UI / UX Designer - Design Thinking wanted for a globally operating Zurich based company in the financial sector.Your experience/skills:
- 10+ years of professional experience in User interface & Design field
- Proven Track record within UX and UI, User Research
- Experience in translating User Research to wireframes as well as creating mokups and prototypes is a must have
- Expertise with interactive design tools like Sketch, Invision, Balsamiq is a must have
- A thorough understanding of Design thinking ideologies, as well as demonstrated knowledge of visual design principles and user-centered design methodologies
- Solid understanding of Product ownership, Agile and Scrum principles
- Ability to communicate technology clearly to non-technical users and translate clients' needs to user stories
- Experience in the Regulated Technologies industry or compliance domain within the financial industry is an advantage
- Link to online portfolio presenting work samples is mandatory
- Languages: English, fluent in written and spoken, German skills is an asset
Your tasks:
- Coordinating requirements gathering for User Interface & User Design with Product Owners by defining the concepts and the design timelines
- Collaborating with the users and stakeholders to discuss product requirements and validate the roadmap
- Designing mood boards, concept sketches, high and low fidelity mock-ups, and developing prototypes based on the requirements defined and gathered by the Product Owners
- Validating the designs/ wireframes with the users via User testing sessions, collecting the observations and analyzing them in pixel perfect design mockups
- Continuously engaging with the senior management, end-users, UX/UI designers and developers
- Leading the creative decisions on the projects across all dimension, by ensuring the project quality is delivered
