We need for a client project in Switzerland a solution architect in HP Service Manager 7,to Design the Change + Request architecture and driving the team for the implementation.
The Primary Responsibilities are Accountable for designing the robust architecture and ensure accurate implementation.
Further Tasks are:
Understand the requirements and design the architecture
Prepare Technical Design Document
Driving the team on the implementation and assist on implementation issues
Helping the Project Manager in preparing the Project Plan
Actively involve in Installation
Perform review on the configurations
Provide the necessary functional flow to the testing team for preparing the test scripts
Perform the impact analysis on any of the new enhancements
Experience and Skills:
8 to 10 years experience in the Design and implementing ITSM Products (HP Service Manager)
Well versed with RDBMS like Oracle and Mysql Concepts
Hands on experience on Websphere Application server, web logic, and Tomcat
Good Knowledge in UML
Very Strong scripting skills with JavaScript.
Well versed with ITIL Processes
Prepare Test Strategy
Must posses good Analytical skills
