Our client, one of the biggest pharmaceutical company based in Zug area, is now looking for a UX Design Operations - Delivery and Change Manager (60%).
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an innovative organisation for 6 months assignment with a possible extension. The expected starting time is as soon as possible.
Workload is 60%.
Background
The organisation is running a digital transformation program based on the SAFE scaling framework.
The vision would be to simplify the professional lives of the employees and customers.
The team focus is now to provide all the services needed for successful user-centred design (user research, interaction design, service coordination with external agencies and usability evaluations).
Responsibilities:
- Introducing and updating required methods and standard systems and tools
- Assessment of effects, costs, advantages, and risks of the intended changes
- Monitoring of and reporting on the implementation of changes
- Designing and implementing measures in the areas of project delivery, collaboration, and processes
Must Haves:
- 4+years of experience with UX Design/Change Management
- Experience with concepts such as stand-ups, critiques, review processes and quality assurance
- Good knowledge with change methods (unfreeze, ADKAR) and product & service design and design systems
- Experienced to work with project delivery tools such as smart-sheet, trello, mondays or gsheet, miro, slack
