Our client, one of the biggest pharmaceutical company based in Zug area, is now looking for a Scrum Master.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an innovative organisation for 6 months assignment with a possible extension. The expected starting time is April 2021.

Background

The organisation is running a digital transformation program based on the SAFE scaling framework.

The scope of the Scrum Master role would be to support a software development team to grow and improve the performance and delivery, by embracing Agile principles and mindset.

Responsibilities:

  • Coach the team to embrace agile principles, values, and mindset
  • Coach the team to adopt and apply practices based on the Safe framework
  • Identify gaps, propose improvements, and remove impediments in the delivery process
  • Facilitate the team's progress towards team goals
  • Establish team dynamics, culture, and identity
  • Facilitate meetings, daily stand-ups, ceremonies, Scrum events
  • Promote quality practices and assist the teams in constantly improving the quality of their deliverable

Must Haves:

  • 5+ years of experience acting as a Scrum Master
  • Strong knowledge of Scrum, Lean and more Agile scaling models (Safe)
  • Proven experience with design sprints and design thinking
  • Experienced to work with software development teams (including remote teams)
  • Programming experience or knowledge with C or Angular
  • Technical background (IT, Engineering, or equivalent fields)
