Change Manager (m/f/d)Are you an experienced Change Manager (m/f/d) looking for a new project? Our client, a renown banking company in Zürich offers an interesting and exciting opportunity.
As a main task, you will take care of the development of Swiss Relationship Manager education concept with stakeholders across the bank, anticipating various topics within Strategy Switzerland.
Your role as Change Manager (m/f/d)
- Develop Swiss RM education concept with stakeholders
- Initial education on Segments
- Develop concept & content for each Segment in collaboration
- Dliver trainings, gather feedback from trainings and establish a concept of ongoing education
Required skills
- Knowledge in private banking / wealth management
- Experience with conceptual development, implementation & execution, stakeholder management
- Contact points in previous roles with private banking relationship managers
- Experience with trainings and education private banking relationship managers
- hands-on mentality
- strong communication and presentation skills (e.g. creating presentations and training materials)
- Language: English mandatory and min. one Swiss language on native level (German / French / Italian)
