Finance Project / Change Manager (PeopleSoft) vacancy for a globally operating Zurich based company in the financial sector.Your experience/skills:
- 6+ years of work experience in financial services as project manager or change manager
- Background in group finance including experience and understanding of general ledger booking processes and accounting
- Expertise in project management, ideally including international projects
- Strengths include a persistent way of working paired with the ability to handle multiple tasks at once
- Verifiable capability of building trusting and long-lasting relationships with stakeholders as well as of identifying and supporting stakeholders needs and expectations
- Languages: English, fluent in written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Directing and managing global projects to segregate general ledger booking accounts for ESAs
- Defining a target operating Model for ESA reporting
- Cooperating with important stakeholders focusing on divisional finance, legal entity controllers and product control, ensuring an agreed methodology for implementing ESA reporting
- Creating global collaboration reporting in Essbase with basic prototype or pilot of working model
- Communicating group wide timelines, requirements and deliverables to ensure on-time completion
