Project HR Business Partner (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
- Contributes to the development of the HR operational plan and delivers on the plan for the assigned client group globally or site
- Influences and builds relationships with senior team and people managers to reinforce HR's position as a trusted advisor to the business
- Drives the project and talent agenda within the client group globally or site
- Work collaboratively as OneHR Team with all the components of the Global HR organization to execute the transformation program, improve effectiveness, cohesiveness and collaboration and to yield greater results for the businesses transformation
- Work closely with leaders to identify required competencies, performance levels and appropriate development and training programs. Coach leaders to build people management capabilities
- Create and drive a culture of employee engagement to enhance workforce performance and productivity
- Drive Talent including through yearly talent tracking and assessment processes. Attract and retain talent at all levels
- Actively contributes to integration and harmonization of Country HR practices, policies, terms & conditions and benefits
Main qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent with technology background, in human resource management, business transformation or related field required
- Further professional education preferred (Master of Advanced Studies)
- Profound experience in progressive HR Project Management, HR Business Consultant roles or HRBP roles, working in a dynamic global organization
- Demonstrated experience in HR leadership roles preferred with an agile and fact based mindset
- In-depth and broad knowledge of HR project, processes ideally in a biotech environment or in industry
- German (swiss) and English fluent
