SAP Senior Consultant Customer Service (CS) (m/f/d)

Duration: 6 MM+
Main tasks:
- You will design and implement a new solution for Service Operations
- You will participate in a solution transformation program and will take part in medium/long term projects, including international rollouts
- You will gather, analyze and challenge business requirements
- You will propose appropriate solutions and customize them in the system
- You will prepare functional specifications and work closely with SAP developers
- You will maintain documentations about processes and system setup
- You will analyze and solve complex issues, in collaboration with the service team
Main qualifications
- Degree in Information Technology or equivalent degree, with proven experience gained in SAP projects within international organizations
- SAP Certification in SAP CS modules
- Profound and in-depth experience in CS customizing
- Very good knowledge of Customer Service & Field Service Operation Management
- Very strong knowledge of CS solution including MRS
- Good understanding of ABAP
- Very strong communication skills & strong capabilities to lead requirements workshop with Business Team
- Proven experience with the following contexts : Business Transformation Program / Mobile Solution for Field Service Team / - Customer Relationship Center (CRM) / Buyer/reseller model & intercompany flow
- Fluency in English is mandatory, fluency in French is a plus
