ERP MDM Data Services Lead (m/f/d) - RemoteOur client, a large pharmaceutical client, located in Zürich is need of an ERP MDM Data Services Lead (m/f/d).
Your role as ERP MDM Data Services Lead (m/f/d)
- Provide execution capabilities in the delivery of MDM, aligned processes and governance regarding Service Excellence capabilities (Data Architecture and Modelling, Data Process Management, M&A activities, and Data Literacy)
- Responsible for the Governance around MDG Roles & Authorization
- Participate in business operations analysis to validate requirements and scope, suggest process improvements and assist in level of effort (LOE) estimation
- Initiate root cause analysis for data quality issues by engaging technical and business teams to identify, and to implement solutions
- Identify and implement continuous improvements for all data management processes and data quality initiatives
- Provide technical ownership and capabilities in the core areas around data architecture and data modelling
- Supporting efforts at IT-Validation and Audit requiremnts for MDG.
- Engage with business partners to ensure clear governance and process ownership around master data domains, partnering with domain experts/owners in coordinating services and status tracking
Required skills
- Bachelor's Degree is required; Master Degree is desired
- More than 6 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent understanding of the SAP development environments, ABAP/4, Web IDE, SAP Fiori, Solution Manager
- Certification in SAP MDG and ABAP areas as a plus
- Self-starter attitude, with the ability to think End-to-End when investigating problems and resolving project conflicts
- Digital Transformation / process change management experience preferred
- Understanding complex data models and business processes
- Excellent analytical, organization, documenting and time management skills
- Effective communicator to management, peers, and project partners
- Excellent English language skills, other languages as a plus
