Lead Java Developer - Java - J2EE - Spring Boot - Swagger - SQL - Maven - Switzerland
Empiric has received exciting instructions from one of the world's most innovative global banks for a Lead Java Developer with extensive experience in Java and J2EE web application development this includes strong knowledge of the latest Java 8 features and how to utilise them (Lambda expression, Streams etc)
Good knowledge of database concepts and writing SQL together with Spring Boot and micro-services is essential
Restful Services and knowledge on Rest Documentation would be preferred.
The ability and experience of leading a team of developers is essential
Key skills and experience required:
- Java and J2EE web application development
- Java 8 (Lambda expression, Streams etc)
- Restful Services and Rest Documentation
- Spring Boot and micro-services
- Swagger
- Database concepts and writing SQL
- Junit 5 and Cucumber Test
- Agile Project development
- Maven based development
- Version control tools like SVN or GIT
- CI/CD tool chain preferable eg Jenkins, Odyssey, Strela
- Providing solutions to complex problems
- Leading a team of developers
Term: 12 months +
