MS Teams Specialist vacancy for our Zurich based client in the technological sector.Your experience/skills:
- 10+ years of work experience on IT Support and video conferencing technologies
- Expertise in video conferencing including BlueJeans, MS Teams and other technologies
- Profound background in project planning and execution as well as in the economic aspect of system management and life cycle
- Understanding of the overall context of business processes and IS technologies
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical IS capabilities and solutions
- Strong internal customer orientation and customer service approach
- Strong analytical, organisational and problem solving skills with attention to detail
- Languages: English, fluent in written and spoken, German is advantageous
Your tasks:
- Establishing IS Service and Support in collaboration and accordance to Service Managers
- Building appropriate IS Service and Solution through close cooperation with the Headquarters Organisation Services and Security as well as supervising their delivery
- Assuring business satisfaction with IS Service, IS Service Desk and IS Support
- Planning and controlling the introduction and implementation of new IS services driven by Group IS
- Ensuring the enablement and support of video conferencing systems
- Delivering excellent service to VIPs and coordinating the necessary resources to support events and request
- Monitoring mailbox to ensure the rapid resolution of costumers' concerns and focusing on increasing customer satisfaction
