Beschreibung
Responsibilities- Drive development activities as Scrum Master for a multiple cross-functional development team
- Support and coach the team to improve engineering skills
- Responsible for making learning and sharing of experiences possible
- Strong focus on refactoring, test automation, TDD and CI/CD
- Facilitate Scrum events like dailies, refinements, retro perspectives, reviews, open space, world café
- Continuously improve development methodology
- Support team members and product owners to follow Scrum methodology
- Eliminate impediments and obstacles by creating a passionate, courage and sincere culture
Requirements
- Multiple years of experience as Scrum Master or Agile Coach applying agile methodology in software projects (especially in Scrum)
- Software development background and understanding of software development process and procedures
- Scrum master or Agile Coach certification
- Passionate about Scrum teams, learning and sharing experiences
- Able to build trust and transparity in teams to enlarge learning and improvement of team members
- Fluent English language skills
