Your tasks

Service management and support of a CRM application based on Java, Oracle RDBMS, RESTfull Web Services etc.)
Responsible for the end-to-end delivery ot the application
Identification of improvements of the application
Support of the customer application to 2nd level and operating services
Incident analyses and the creation of test cases and tests
Application life cycle management
Monitoring of the availability of the application

Competencies
Experience in service management and support
Strong knowledge of integration technologies (RESTfull Web Services), micro services and SOA
Experience with Java, JBoss and Spring Boot
Experience with Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker (Container)
Understanding of software development processes and customisation of applications
Knowledge of CRM systems in banking environments (Client Data Management, KYC, etc.)
Experience in Business Process Management
Profound knowledge in English

Nice to have
Good knowledge in German
Knowledge in Oracle RDBMS and Oracle*PL/SQL
