Senior Domain Expert - R&D Documents vacancy for a globally operating Basel based company in the pharmaceutical sector.Your experience/skills:
- 10+ years of work experience in Life Science industry in a Clinical development, Pharmacovigilance or Drug safety position
- Expertise in either Clinical Regulatory, Pharmacovigilance documentation or GCP medical writing
- Extensive practical skills with usage of clinical document management systems
- Competency handling and coordinating deliverables from 3rd party vendors
- Familiarity with Documentum based D2LS system, as well as with Document Migration Projects is an advantage
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in life science/healthcare field or equivalent educational background
- Languages: English, fluent in written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Assigning correct document Artifacts and document Attributes for Submission relevant Clinical R&D documents
- Collaborating with external vendor and internal functions to build, expand and automate the migration approach for R&D documents from Source to Target System
- Coordinating and overseeing processes supporting extraction and migration activities; driving Quality Control activities to ensure that the migration automation process is producing high quality outputs
- Developing decision flows for correct Artifact identification, as well as coordinating and participating in Test Activities
- Engaging with stakeholders in the organization to align on migration requirements, migration approach and erroneous information in source system
- Supporting company`s digital ambitions and gaining insights on projects
