The Role:For one of our clients, a company providing financial information services, we are looking for a Managed File Transfer Support Operator (professional level).
You will have a unique opportunity to:
- Support the file transfer application users in their daily business
- Lead sub tasks in several file transfer projects
- Use your interpersonal skills to work very closely with engineers and multiple lines of business to deliver mission critical solutions
- Support Customers on Onboarding Processes
- Support Customers in Support Cases
- Customer oriented way of working
What we need in you:
- Excellent Know How in Managed File Transfer Platform (e.g. Axway) and recent experience
- Solid Know How of TLS and SSH
- Hands-on experience with AS2, SFTP, FTP, HTTP protocols
- Identity Management Platform know how
- Good Know How in general security
- Able to easily describe complicated processes
- Solid Linux and Unix knowledge
Required Qualifications:
- Completed vocational training
- A minimum of four years of professional experience in operational support in the area of MFT
- Experience in the banking/finance industry is a plus
- Identity and Access Management knowledge (Certificate Management)
- Proficient with security/compliance governance
- Fluent in German and English (speaking and writing)
- French is an advantage
