Job description
Goal to be achieved:
o update existing life cycle documentation for the Swiss infrastructure hosting & support team
o create new life cycle documentation if nothing existing - based on existing documentation
o Key documents to be created/updated:
SOM (Service Operation Manual)
SOP
Working Instructions
Skills & experience:
o proficient in English - speaking & writing
o able to independently lead the investigation & interview sessions with technical experts - to gather inputs for the documentation
o experience with writing technical & process documentation
o experience with IT processes - at least generally ITIL
o experience with access management - generally (Windows focuses, AD)
o technical IT experience and overview (this project scope: infrastructure & its hosting - Windows, Backup, Nutanix/ESX/Virtualization, Storages)
