Senior Software Engineer - Microsoft Technologies, C#, .NET, cloud platforms, Microsoft Azure

Role:
For our client in the Pharma industry based in Rotkreuz we are looking for a Senior Software Engineer. The purpose of the project is to provide a cloud-based solution which will assists the users of
the medical instruments to identify issues and recommend solutions for these issues. The UI
of the system is a modern Angular application. In addition to Angular, NGRX is used for state
management.

Areas of responsibility:
- Perform software development tasks as per specifications.
- Subject matter expert for assigned technical area of responsibility.
- Drafts solutions for highly complex software tasks.
- Independent problem solving / implementation of solutions in subsidiary assignments.
Specification, estimation, design, implementation, testing of these assignments.
- Advises project team on tradeoffs between software design decisions and specification
decisions.
- Self-supervision.

Professional and technical requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related degree
- 8+ years of experience in software development with Microsoft Technologies, C# and
.NET
- Experience in cloud platforms, Microsoft Azure. You have successfully designed, launched
and maintained cloud-based solutions
- You have a highly analytical and conceptual mindset and business needs focused
approach to add value to the organization and to customers
- You have a clear and right-leveled communication skills, written and verbal in English

Nice to Haves:
- Knowledge of event-driven architecture is a plus
- Experience in agile methodologies is a plus
