Beschreibung

For our client, a Swiss bank, we are looking for an Administrative Clerk for a 12 months contract in Zurich Switzerland.

Overview of business area or project:

  • Contribution to the achievement of the team goals (defined service level, abandonment rate, securing telephone availability, processing of written inquiries, etc.)
  • Compliance with the applicable regulations & processes (legal & compliance, instructions, work instructions/CFM, etc.)
  • Detection of inefficiencies in the workflows/processes, support team leaders in the further development of CC
  • Independent advice to our customers and sales partners, as well as finding solutions for their concerns

Key Responsibilities:

Operational activities

  • Answering telephone customer inquiries in German, French and Italian
  • Processes incoming customer correspondence (email, fax, post)
  • Adheres to the given processes/work instructions
  • Recognizes and searches, knowing the entire product range, solutions for the respective customer needs
  • Contributes to the achievement of team goals (defined service levels, quantitative and qualitative)
  • Has a high customer and service orientation and advises the lessee accordingly
  • Cooperation with internal interfaces (recovery, accounting, sales support and KAM)

After sales vehicle financing/4 employees

Challenges Contractor will be facing in this role:

  • Coping with stressful situations
  • Customer service with lots of phone calls

Essentials Skills and Qualifications:

  • Banking apprenticeship, KV or comparable vocational training
  • Several years of experience in direct customer care (1-3 years)
  • Think and act entrepreneurially
  • Spoken and written German, French and Italian. Any other foreign language is an advantage.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • A comprehensive understanding of the vehicle financing business is a great advantage
