Beschreibung

For our client in Zurich we are looking for an Accounts Data Administrator for a 12 months project.

OBJECTIVE:

We are looking for a part time Accounts Data Administrator to manage HR invoices and receivable.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

* Processing of invoices via the Company's on-line invoice processing system, including tracking of related payments
* Liaising with providers and account payable department for the prompt processing and handling related queries
* Managing the creation of purchase orders and related tracking
* Data changes in Workday (HRIS) such as cost center updates, reporting line changes, creating job profiles
* Any other HR administrative tasks as appropriate with the role

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

Education and Experience

* Administrative/clerical background with 2-3 years' experience
* Sound knowledge of MS Office
* Working experience in a dynamic, multi-cultural environment preferred
* Ease in precisely working with numbers, and correctly tracking detailed information
* Proactive approach to work with a service-oriented attitude
* Proven ability to maintain confidentiality

Skills:

* Self-motivated, self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team
* High output/quality orientation
* Strong interpersonal skills combined with cultural sensitivity
* Strong communication skills

Languages:

* Proficient professional English
* Fluency in German
* Good communication skills both verbal and written (German and English )
