- Extensive knowledge about test processes
- Team planning skills for test execution
- Test reporting and presentation skills
- Test-related stakeholder communication management
- Requirements analysis and active communication with the business
- Test environment coordination with release management
- English & German language knowledge
- Technical Skills (e.g. Oracle DB, SQL, ..)
