Goals:-Design and implement the future IT Infrastructure strategy and organization
-Ensure available and performant IT infrastructure during migration phase
-Organize the transition and transformation phases, allowing smooth handover to global operations to ensure goals of transformation are achieved
-Secure high availability during integration
Tasks:
-Design IT infrastructure strategy for the company in the light of the expected integration
-Plan, lead and manage projects resulting from the IT Infrastructure strategy and foreseen integration
-Design and implement a group IT Infrastructure organization, IT service processes, roles and responsibilities
-Create an Information Technology & Management strategy in line with stakeholder needs and in keeping up with current best practice (local vs central)
-Review and manage contracts and licenses
-Manage the implementation of the current projects and migration of domains, users and hardware into the new IT organization
Requirements:
-University degree in information technology or similar
-Proven track record as an IT Infrastructure Manager, Infrastructure Project Manager and/or Transition and Transformation manager
-Experience with (post-merger) IT landscape integration and change management processes
-Experience with IT networks and systems at a global level and daily operational management
-Driving and implement technology, strategy and roadmap
-Experience with Cloud Solutions like Azure and O365
-Ability to communicate at executive level
-Strong organizational skills
