Beschreibung

I am currently recruiting an IT 2nd Line Manager (Dutch or/and English speaking) to be part of the Cloud Workplace Management team and be also responsible for the second line support of users on the different workplace variants within the Cloud Workplace. That is a 6 months contract job + likely extension.

Core activities of the IT 2nd Line Manager (Dutch or/and English speaking) are:

- Solving user support/incidents in the following areas, among others: - Citrix - Microsoft - Printing

Background:

My client is developing a cloud technology-based workplace functionality to replace the current workplace. The basic workplace has been completed. In the overall program CW (Cloud Workplace) a subprogram CW Generic is provided for the management of the basic CW workplace for, among others, approximately 14,000 users at 6 customer organizations. Within this team, the Second Line Manager is looking for a recovery of incidents.

Requirements for the role of IT 2nd Line Manager:

* ITIL V3 Foundation
* Junior/Medior Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops
* Junior/Medior Microsoft Intune
* MCSA Server , thorough and relevant knowledge of SCCM and Intune
* Relevant work experience with Microsoft >Intune 1 year
* Thorough knowledge of Windows Server 2016 & Windows >10 3 years
* Knowledge of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (Citrix Director)> 2 years
