- Administering & maintaining day to day Telephony operations by:
- Ensuring availability of telephony services
- Meeting SLA for incidents & service requests
- Providing out of hours support as required
- Maintaining controls framework & component register

- Incident troubleshooting
- Business requests
- User Admin
- MAC's
- Realtime & Historical Reporting
- Call Routing
- Mobile device management
- Server patching
Key technologies:
- Aspect ACD
- Alcatel OmniPCX
- Verint v11
- Apple Mobile Devices
- IP Telephony experience
