Beschreibung

Our client, a multinational leader in the pharmaceutical industry offers an exciting opportunity for freelance TBS IT Program Analysts (m/f) in Switzerland.

The TBS IT Program Analyst is a key role on the TBS IT Program team to support all elements of the program related to program progress, status, risks, issues, and dependencies. The Analyst will manage the hygiene of the TBS IT portfolio in the program management platform to ensure the health of the program is appropriately managed and communicated. This role will be a key manager of and contributor to the development of the TBS IT program budget and associated financial management and reporting. Relationships will be developed and fostered with the TBS IT, TBS, IT, and Finance teams to successfully achieve the objectives and deliverables of this role.

Responsibilities
  • Management of the program budget at the annual, quarterly and monthly level including rollups of the project budgets.
  • Partner with TBS IT, IT Portfolio and Finance teams to facilitate the annual budgetary planning process resulting in development of annual, mid-range, program budgets and mid-year update.
  • Creation of reports to accurately track program and project budget versus actual reports and variation narratives.
  • Preparation of periodic program status reports developed with input from TBS IT program manager and project managers.
  • Support the Head of TBS IT and TBS IT Program Manager with creating of monthly Steering Board material.
  • Ensuring that all TBS programs and project records in Takeda IT's project and program management platform (Clarity) are accurately maintained and kept up to date.
  • Interacts with department/project team members by supporting to help to make decisions.
  • Works directly with TBS IT project managers, Finance and Accounts Payable teams to ensure all purchase orders, invoices and accruals are managed appropriately across all projects and oversees corrective actions to remedy any issues discovered.
  • Interacts with Portfolio Management and Finance teams to support the collection, aggregation, and reporting for budgetary purposes.
  • Partners with Finance teams to create capital assets and manage any write-offs associated with deprecated assets.
  • Contributes to process improvements within TBS IT program office.
  • Works closely with the TBS IT Program Manager to assess the health of the TBS IT portfolio and recommends corrective actions where needed to ensure program is on track, on time, and on budget.
  • Analyzes and documents business requirements for area of responsibility.
  • Works independently under moderate supervision with stakeholders to prioritize workload within a clear framework of accountability.
  • Plans own work to meet given objectives and processes.
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with business stakeholders in analysing and supporting projects and ongoing operations.
  • Perform various program administrative tasks and any other relevant task per request and participate in authorized on and off-site meetings and group activities.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • 5-7 years relevant experience.
  • Proven record of analyzing and supporting large, global IT programs
  • Experience with developing and managing large program budgets and variation analyses
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with program management software (Clarity).
  • Experience in supporting multiple cross functional, local or global projects.
  • Excellent oral and written English communications skills, business acumen with analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Practice efficient time management and coordinates tasks, working in an international environment.
  • Pharmaceutical industry and experience in global business services environments would be advantageous.


Duration: 1 year, extension possible.

Location: Zürich, Switzerland.
