NextLink is having an existing position as a Project manager / Software engineer for global project in Basel area, Switzerland.

Work location: Basel area
Remote: 1 day per week, (or prior approval needed)
Travel: max. 10 %
Tasks and responsibilities

• Ability to take a technical topic and explain to a non-technical person.
Must Haves
• Demonstrated expertise with R (****)
• Proven experience working as Software Engineer and/or Software Architect and in defining governance processes (SDLC) (****)
• Several years of experience working in similar positions with strategic impact, preferably in a regulated environment (e.g. moving from a role as a Developer into positions with increasing responsibility) (****)
• Experience as Program / Project Manager and previous working experience within an AGILE environment (ideally experienced Scrum Master) (****)
• Relevant and proven experience in mentoring and supporting project teams on complex OCM journeys related to business transformation (****)
• Previous experience, training or certification in specific Change Management Methodology (Prosci) and/or project management Methodology (Agile)
• Strong analytical skills combined with conceptual thinking and structured working >• Strong soft skills typically required in stakeholder engagement (empowering people, influencing, negotiation, conflict management)
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
Nice to have
• R Developer experience, and preferably experience in other languages (Python, Julia, SAS, etc)
• Experience with Clinical trial analytics
• Experience with Software validation / CSV in a GxP environment
• Experience in ITIL
• Pharma experience
