Our Client is an international IT-Outsourcing Company.Within the IT-Onsite Support Inhouse you are responsible for the following main tasks:
* The overall task is the onsite Management and Support of an lT Desktop environment for a small subsidiary of a global working company
* Technical Administration, MS Environment (MS Office, Windows XP, File/Print, Messaging),
* Release Management
* Incident and Problem Management (Ticket System Remedy)
* Support for Mobile Devices like Blackberry and Iphone
* VIP Support
Must have:
* Excellent English skills (oral and written) are essential, additional languages are a plus
* More than 3 years work experience in a similar position
* Experience with Ticketsystems (Remedy desired)
* Knowledge in standard Desktop Hardware and Software inc. Mobile Devices
* Well versed in Windows operating system (XP) as well as MS Office Products (Excel, Word, PPT)
* overall Desktop Services, LAN/WAN experience and hands-on mentality are mandatory Experience working within a global IT team
* Working within defined documented procedures and practices
* Strong customer and service orientation
