BUSINESS ANALYST/REQUIREMENTS ENGINEER (M/F/X) IN ZURICHROLE DESCRIPTION:
In this challenging role you are part of the Identity & Access Management (IAM) project team. As a Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer you will be primarily responsible for building up the Projects Requirement Management Method, Governance and Catalogue, the Requirements Management as well as Requirements-Analysis, Use Case definitions and alignment over the whole project team.
You will interact and work closely with different development teams, IT experts, business representatives and business analysts as well as other relevant stakeholders.
YOUR MAIN TASKS:
* Responsible for defining and building up the project-wide Requirements Management Method, Governance and Catalogue (using Confluence)
* Responsible for project-wide Requirements Management and administration of the Requirements Catalogue in Confluence
* Definition of Use Cases and mapping to requirements
* Engage with business and IT stakeholders to understand IAM requirements for new solutions and identify improvement opportunities
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Strong experience in requirements gathering, management and administration in large and complex project environments
* Experience in requirements engineering in large and complex project environments
* Good expertise in the Identity and Access Management area, ideally you know SailPoint IIQ
* Very good German and English language skills (oral and in writing)
* Communicative and positive-thinking team player coupled with eagerness to learn and share his/her knowledge
