Title: Microsoft Exchange Engineer (m/w) - Temporary
Location: Zurich & Zug

Dauer: 3-6 months (with option of extension)
Workload: 100%

Tasks/responsibilities
• Maintain and support the administration of corporate email and Exchange application's environment, O365 services.
• Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.
• Manage and monitor backup, restore request, Mail flow, connectors and redundancy strategies
• Responsible for regular system maintenance, like install of the Microsoft Exchange Cumulative Update.
• Develop and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention.
• First and second line support to end-users.
• Ensure operational stability of the field of responsibility - technology and organizationally wise
• Ensure a good collaboration with stakeholders within and outside your team and across the organization

Qualifications/Required skills
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Exchange 2016, 2019 and Exchange Online (O365)
• Expertise in Outlook client configuration and message tracking log activities.
• Professional working attitude with a strong sense for responsibility
• Excellent collaboration skills, team player
• Articulated in English (additional language skills in German, French, Czech welcome) and willingness to travel (
