Your tasks- Support and contribute to the documentation of thespecific outsourcing requests
- Prepare the processing of the outsourcing requests incl.approval for the outsourcing committee meetings andrespective ExB outsourcing discussions in closecollaboration with the responsible outsourcingcoordinator
- Prepare and execute the annual re-assessment of theregistered outsourcing activities and prepare update forthe outsourcing committee in close collaboration with theresponsible outsourcing coordinator
- Help refining the process for Intra Group outsourcing
- Define/review standard set of requirements (SLA) forgeneric outsourcing contracts which are compliant withthe regulatory requirements
- Define additional requirements for contracts wherestandard set of requirements might not be sufficient
- Define process to control the outsourcing providersbased on the agreed set of requirements (SLA) in linewith the regulatory requirements
- Define periodic reporting which has to be requested fromthe outsourcing providers and which is compliant withthe relevant regulatory requirements (e.g. FINMA, MAS,HKMA, CSSF, etc.)
- Provide dashboard of outsourced IT services with theircompliance/maturity
- Handover of defined standards, processes, control,reports, etc. to the run organisation
Must have competences
- University Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or Natural Science
- Minimum of seven years of experience as an IT Risk consultant within a large, complex, and international environment, with a focus on Outsourcing
- Banking knowledge and excellent understanding and practical experience in ITRisk & Outsourcing Management
- Team oriented, self-directed, responsible and motivatedpersonality, fast comprehension, open minded with an analyticalapproach
- Active network to industry peers
- Very good written and spoken German AND English skills
