For our client in Basel we are looking for Manager Digital Governance & Channel Engagement for 4 months project

Job Purpose:
The Manager Digital Governance & Channel Engagement will be working as part of the CDO reporting to the Global Head Digital Governance & Channel Engagement Strategy. He/she will be in charge of managing projects to support the Digital Governance priorities.
The future of digital engagement and governance activities will put the customer at its core and enable the digital transformation across the organization while assuring adherence to regulatory, safety and other compliance requirements (internal and external).

Major Accountabilities:
As a Manager Digital Governance & Channel Engagement you are required to work with representatives across the business (global functions, countries and regions) and risk functions to execute digital innovation projects.
Accountabilities include:

  • Development and rollout of a global standardized digital engagement data & performance hub in collaboration with the Analytics Center of Excellence. This includes continuous improvement of the overall framework, review & validate proposed data model concepts, requirements/user story specification and user acceptance testing to ensure best in class data structure and quality
  • Support of the development and data visualization teams to harmonize digital engagement data across web, mobile and social media to provide unified metrics and KPIs to the business
  • Works with Data Strategy and Data Science teams to align data gathering, structuring and analytics for business decision making

Ideal Background:
Education:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor degree required in relevant area (Business Administration, Informatics, Marketing)
  • Certifications in the area of digital marketing, digital governance and data intelligence (social media, web, mobile)

Language skills:

  • Fluent in English

Experience & Skills:

  • 5+ years of practical experience in areas of digital marketing, digital governance and data intelligence
  • Agile project management experience
  • Strong analytical skills linked with conceptual thinking capabilities to review and validate proposed data model & concepts
  • Track record of understanding social media data structure and KPIs across key platforms (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)
  • Experience in consuming data from Social Media APIs (Understanding of related licenses & agreements/legal restriction)
  • Experience in consuming data from Google Analytics (Google Cloud Platform)
  • Experience in reviewing dashboard development work (data visualization) to ensure data integrity and good user experience
  • Experience in using the following collaboration, data analysis and visualization tools: MS Teams, JIRA, SQL/Hue, Qlik Sense
