Infrastructure Touch Support Consultanat
A Infrastructure Touch Support Specialist Dell/HP Hardware consultant is needed for a long-term project in Bern, Switzerland.
- You will be The System Support Specialist and you are responsible for the resolution of issues with both the regional and global infrastructure server environment setup hosted within IT Services for one my leading Global clients!
Server Hosting, Fluent with English spoken and written, Knowledge of Dell/HP hardware, EMC storage platform and Veritas NetBackup basics is preferred, overall understanding of facility technologies (HVAC, power distribution, generated back-up power, rack management & DC cable plant) and extensive experience in a high-availability environment; Heavy lifting is necessary, as infrastructure components can weigh up to 25 kg; data room facilities inventory system, documentation and reports, cabling, availability of server hardware, network and storage.
