Main tasks:
- Function as an external expert for a specific performance marketing channel
- Subject lead Marketing Cloud related topics
- Managing the Marketing Cloud platform
- Responsible for creating data extension, SQL queries, data filters
- Handling daily operations from stakeholders, resolving problems, taking support requests
- Developing the usage of the most powerful tools within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Designing and implementing processes to gather, enhance and check CRM data utilized by Marketing
- Take the full responsibility for the development of the channel, including coordination with third-party provider
- Supporting key stakeholders
Main qualifications
- Profound experience in cloud / digital marketing
- Profound experience with performance marketing channels
- Very good knowledge with cloud related marketing topics and management of marketing cloud platforms
- Excellent English spoken and written and German is a plus
